Coyle Road, together with the adjoining King Road, is set to become a significant masterplanned community comprising over 2,000 residential lots. This area is currently identified as a Planning Investigation Area by the Western Australian Planning Commission, as part of the broader Oldbury–Mundijong growth corridor.
To support future development, comprehensive district-wide strategies for drainage, traffic, and servicing are being prepared. These efforts are in the early stages, with a consortium of Australia’s leading developers working collaboratively to unlock the full potential of this well-located and highly developable land, just a short distance from Perth and key local amenities.
The proposed masterplan includes two primary schools, a childcare centre, sporting fields, more than ten local parks, two conservation wetlands, and a Neighbourhood Activity Centre featuring a medical centre—offering future residents a connected, family-friendly lifestyle in a thriving new community.
